服务条款Terms of Service

This service provides proxy access, connectivity checks, development testing, business connectivity, and network egress for authorized account environments.

This service is intended only for lawful, authorized, and compliant business access and testing. We do not guarantee availability for any specific region, platform, or payment scenario.

This service is not designed for illegal anonymity, fraud, attacks, circumvention of network-access management, circumvention of platform controls, or large-scale abuse.

This service is not offered to users located in Mainland China. Individuals or entities located in Mainland China must not register, log in, top up, purchase, connect, or otherwise use the service.

Users connecting from Mainland China IP addresses or Mainland China carrier networks are prohibited from accessing or using the service, including registration, login, top-up, purchase, client connection, proxy connection, or API requests.

Users must not bypass this regional restriction through proxies, VPNs, relays, third-party accounts, false information, or any other method.

If the platform discovers or reasonably determines that a user is located in Mainland China or is attempting to bypass this restriction, the platform may refuse service, suspend or terminate the account, cancel pending orders, and handle refunds, partial refunds, or refund denial based on payment-channel rules, unused balance, incurred costs, and risk review.

You are responsible for keeping your account, password, temporary proxy credentials, and payment details secure.

Wallet top-ups, order deductions, and refunds are governed by platform records and payment-service records.

In case of refunds, disputes, chargebacks, or abnormal payments, the platform may freeze balances, pause orders, or request clarification.

You may use this service only where permitted by local laws, target-platform rules, contractual authorization, and company policy.

You must confirm whether subscription activity, account access, API calls, and automated testing are allowed by the target platform.

You must not use the service to circumvent network-access management, export controls, identity checks, platform security policies, regional restrictions, payment restrictions, or account risk controls in any jurisdiction.

You must not provide false information, impersonate others, hide unlawful identity, or use disposable information, abnormal payments, or shared access to evade platform compliance review, complaint handling, or lawful cooperation.

Any loss caused by your business, accounts, content, payments, target-platform enforcement, or compliance issues remains your responsibility.

For high-risk, abnormal, abusive, complaint-driven, disputed, or illegal activity, the platform may restrict, suspend, or terminate service.

If a user expressly states, or the platform reasonably determines, that the service is being used to bypass network-access management, regional restrictions, platform controls, identity review, or other prohibited purposes, the platform may refuse further service, cancel pending orders, terminate the account, and handle refunds, partial refunds, or refund denial based on unused balance, payment-channel rules, incurred costs, and risk review.

To protect the platform and other users, the platform may retain necessary order, routing, payment, and risk-control logs.

The platform may adjust, restrict, or discontinue service based on requirements from laws, payment institutions, service resources, network operators, or target platforms.
